DFB Housing Solutions welcomes associates of Resident Broker
As an associate of Resident Broker you will receive a higher introducer fee of £2,100 from us for each purchase we complete as a result of one of your leads, instead of our usual £1,100.
To submit SRB leads to us you need to do two things...
(1) Sign a formal Introducer Contract
Download Introducer Contract Pack. The contract application is simple and free - but very important in order to provide the audit trail required by FSA for your leads and advertising.
Once you have read and agree with the terms of contract (common sense stuff), fill in the very simple form and send it to us (scan/email for fastest response).
(2) Register to submit and track leads
Register as an Introducer in order to have access to our lead submission and tracking system. The moment you submit a lead you will be able to track our progress in realtime. You must use this link to register if you wish to receive the higher fee.
Notes:
- Make sure you use the Register as an Introducer link provided in #2 above.
Remember to sign-off adverts
From 30th June 2010 all adverts promoting SRB (including websites) must be signed off by an FSA authorised SRB firm before publishing them. It is a criminal offence to promote SRB without proper sign-off. Use our Tasks | Submit Advert page to submit adverts to us for sign-off.
